I’m a designer with a special interest in spaces and objects that move us -physically, emotionally, and sensorially.
My work explores how design can shape not only environments, but also the habits, emotions, and behaviors that unfold within them.
I work strategically and hands-on, using rapid digital and physical prototyping to clarify ideas early. By experimenting with craft - from materials and textures to color and form - I embrace friction and surprise as catalysts for resonance, moving iteratively toward designs with sensory and emotional depth.
I love designing interiors and branded spatial experiences where nothing is accidental. Every element matter, not just on its own, but as part of the larger story a space tells.
I’m especially drawn to projects that challenge norms and propose sustainable, grounded alternatives. My recent thesis reimagined kitchen systems to support more sustainable food habits - blending design research, future visioning, and hands-on prototyping to explore how everyday cooking can become more intuitive and joyful.
Alongside independent work through my studio, O-make, I’ve held design roles at studios like Designit in Oslo. I also teach yoga, a practice that strengthens my sensitivity to movement, balance, and embodied experience - qualities that deeply inform my design approach.
I hold a five-year master’s degree in spatial and industrial design from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, including a year at ArtCenter College of Design in Los Angeles, where my focus on spatial experience design profoundly shaped my perspective.
I’m always curious to connect with others working across design, research, and creative fields.
