BRIEF
My Lagopus aimed to develop its own eating tool that complements its current product range. The new tool should be designed to fit their existing hunting backpacks and other gear.

The process started with deep diving into the brand identity, customer base, marked research and already existing potential links and opportunities as well as identifying pain points:

Building on my research, I went through two rounds of developing three distinct concepts. I created printed mockups for each, conducted user tests, gathered feedback, and made iterative improvements based on the insights.

FINAL CONCEPT
The final concept, TitanFlex, is strongly influenced by the pain points identified during the research phase. It addresses a clear gap in the market by offering a compact yet lightweight product that combines both a tongs and a spoon in one - a rare find in today's market.
