BRIEF
Design a product which is relevant to the modern kitchen owner

SOLUTION
The Spice Palette is a spice organization system designed for modern homeowners and future kitchen spaces. Its purpose is to organize and display a range of spices. The holding component is made from a single piece of teak wood and serves to both separate and keep the seasonings together. The containers are made from glass, which allows for the visual appreciation of the diverse colors and beauty of each flavor.
APPROACH
The Norwegian company Skaugum requested the design of a new kitchen product. To fulfill this request, I conducted interviews with homeowners to gain a closer understanding of various kitchen environments and the specific needs of users. By adopting a user-centered design approach, it was possible to examine current trends and identify both minor and major points of frustration that may arise during kitchen use.
